Testimonies

I came out of the dentist’s office with a smile on my face! Why? Because my God did a miracle for me. Prior to going back for treatment, I was asked, “how do you want to pay?’ I said, “I’ll just write a check.” After the dentist worked on my tooth, I came out to write the check. I owed hundreds less because the treatment was not as extensive as expected.

An inconvenient flat tire created an opportunity for a blessing. I had a blowout right by a repair shop, but they did not have the tire I needed in stock. A friend came to drive me to another place to purchase the tire. The store just happened to have a two-for-one sale. I bought two tires for less than the price that one would have cost at the other shop!

We have been trying to sell our home so that we can relocate for our jobs. We had no interested buyers until we, along with Grace Pointe, began to pray on a Wednesday. The next day, an interested buyer made an appointment for Friday. Then two others scheduled for Saturday. Our house was sold for our asking price! God is so good.

God made a way for me to pay for car repairs and other essentials. I am blessed and highly favored.

One night, we ordered pizza for supper. When we arrived to pick it up, two pizzas were waiting for us. They had made an error on our order, so they prepared another one according to our original request—two for one!

Sitting at a red light waiting for the green to turn left. But it wasn’t a turn only light; the cars in the other direction also had the green light. By God’s grace those cars did not proceed, and an accident was avoided. Thank God for His grace even when I am at fault!

God is so good. Recently, he blessed me with three blessings in one day! Had a blowout while driving; thankfully, my grandson was driving instead of me. God sent someone to help us change the tire and provided the donut tire for future use. He’s so good to me!

Just a little background for this testimony about how great is our God.  Chris and I have been members of Gracepointe Ministries since it started and have grown immeasurably in our love for God and always just wanted more of him.  This last August (2021), Chris was hospitalized for a number of reasons, but on Sunday before she passed her heart stopped 7 times and her heart device brought her back.  One of the times she told me she was walking the halls of the hospital with Jesus.  She asked him if she could stay until she got to tell her son good by on Monday when he came in from California.  He told her "Yes that would be fine" and walked her back to her room, and tucked her in and said "I will be back for you".  She passed that Tuesday but was at perfect peace with it.

I forgot to thank you for sending the Gracepointes book, I am enjoying it and the archived radio and church sermons have been a godsend. 

Most days I get up at 6 AM and leave it on until 8PM. When I go to bed at night I leave it on. It's on all night long. During parts of the day when ever my wife and I go for a walk we have it on. I also enjoy the genre you have, it's all different music, and I love the fact that a lot of them are the oldies, songs that I know and enjoy. And I enjoy you and your wife speaking. It has made a big difference in my life,   

Pastor Ron. skipped church this morning but was in the secret place on the couch where I always sit. Just wanted to thank you for pouring into us last Friday. What a blessing to see through you the Father's heart, and learn how to examine our own hearts. Thank you. A blessed Sunday and blessed week to you and Margaret!
